Base Camp - Warren Gorge

To setup base camp, I always look for a spot that provides shelter and is generally out of the way. The above pic is the typical setup I use when camping at Warren Gorge.

Yellow Footed Rock Wallaby

These little guys are adorable. The Yellow Footed Rock Wallaby is so peacful and quite shy. I could not believe my luck when crouched down followng this little fella, when he jumped up on a rock and posed for me before scampering away.

There are many rock formations at Warren Gorge. This one has many faces. Can you see them?

Kookaburra

There is nothing like waking to the laughter of the Australian Kookaburra. These little fella's are a joy to listen to, watch and film as they go about their busy day.

Walking Trail

Walking through the hills at Warren Gorge is so relaxing and peaceful. This is just one of the many fantastic views along one of the walking trails.
